1. Overview
Thank you for your interest in .oles coffee, a brand operated by SO Innovations GmbH.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a payment.
At this stage, we are not yet selling physical products.
All payments made on this website represent a Pre-Order Deposit (“Deposit”) that reserves your spot for our upcoming product launch on Kickstarter.
By placing a Deposit, you acknowledge that you are not purchasing a finished product, but supporting the early development and launch process of our coffee system.
2. Nature of the Deposit
A Deposit is a partial, advance payment intended to secure early-bird access, preferential pricing, or notification privileges for our future crowdfunding campaign.
The Deposit does not guarantee:

the final product’s delivery date,

final specifications, or

final retail price.
All Deposit payments are processed securely through Shopify and may be refundable under the terms below.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund of your Deposit at any time until the official Kickstarter campaign launches.
Once the Kickstarter campaign has begun, all Deposit payments will be non-refundable, as your early-access benefits (such as exclusive pricing or priority notification) will already have been granted.

4. Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, your Deposit will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Cancellation by .oles coffee
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Deposit program or Kickstarter campaign at any time.
If this occurs, all Deposits will be automatically refunded in full to the original payment method.
6. No Physical Returns
Since no physical goods are shipped at this stage, there are no return shipments or exchanges.
If and when physical products are sold in the future, a separate Return and Refund Policy will apply.
7. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
We will notify you of any significant updates in accordance with applicable law.
