SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS AND PRE-ORDERS
We currently offer access to certain pre-order or reservation services (“Deposits”) for an upcoming product that is expected to launch via Kickstarter.
By placing a Deposit, you are not purchasing a physical product. The Deposit represents a reservation fee to secure early access or preferential pricing once the final Kickstarter campaign launches.
Deposits are non-binding and refundable only in accordance with our Refund Policy (see below).
We do not guarantee the timing, availability, or specifications of the final product, which may change prior to public release.
We have made every effort to display and describe our forthcoming product accurately. However, development details such as colors, materials, and specifications are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND DEPOSITS
When you place a Deposit, you are making an offer to reserve participation in our future campaign.
SO Innovations GmbH, acting under the brand .oles coffee, reserves the right to accept or decline any Deposit or order at its sole discretion.
Your Deposit will be processed immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email as proof of payment.
Payment of a Deposit does not constitute a final sale of a physical product.
If we cancel or materially change the Deposit program, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout and offer a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You agree that all Deposits or purchases made through our store are for personal use and not for resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Since we currently only offer Deposits and do not yet ship physical products, no shipping or delivery will take place at this stage.
Shipping terms will be communicated separately if and when the final product becomes available for delivery.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or services over which we have no control.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or conditions.
We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Deposits may be refundable only before the official Kickstarter campaign begins.
After the campaign launch, refund eligibility will follow the terms and conditions of the crowdfunding platform.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of SO Innovations GmbH or its content suppliers and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
“.oles coffee” is a registered brand or trademark of SO Innovations GmbH.
